From Fortune 50 playbooks to founder-led businesses

I started my career inside Fortune 50 companies. At Apple, Amazon Lab126 and other large tech firms, I saw how disciplined teams turn vague ideas into products and products into revenue. Launches weren’t left to chance. There were clear paths, clear owners and clear numbers.

Outside those buildings, I kept meeting entrepreneurs who were just as smart and just as driven, but didn’t have that structure. They were carrying payroll, rent and family responsibilities and trying to grow on a mix of hope, hustle and whatever tactic was popular that month.

Watching good people burn out on bad paths is what pushed me to leave the “safe” route and work directly with founder‑led businesses. Today, I take the parts of big‑company discipline that actually help clear paths, simple metrics, honest math, and translate them into systems that work for a six or seven‑figure business with a real human at the center.

How I Think About Growth

I don't believe in "magic" tactics. I believe in:

  • One clear path. If your team can’t draw it on a whiteboard, your prospects can’t follow it.

  • Simple systems. The more complex your funnel, the less likely it is to be followed, measured or improved.

  • Honest math. Customer cost of acquisition, payback, activation, retention... If the numbers don’t work, no amount of branding or content will fix it.

  • Testing before scaling. We earn the right to spend more on ads, agency retainers or big launches only after the path works at small scale.

My job is not to impress you with jargon. It’s to help you see your business clearly, choose what matters most, and build a way to get clients that doesn’t break every quarter
